All services are delivered by our skilled in-house editors, and every edit is done manually using Adobe Photoshop.

3. Ordering & Payment

You can place an order via our “Drop Shadow Service” website by submitting your images and project details.

After reviewing your files, we’ll send a custom quote based on your project requirements.

We accept payment through major gateways such as PayPal, Payoneer, credit cards, American Express, and local banks. All payments must be made in full before final delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Bulk or recurring customers may be eligible for customized pricing and billing terms.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time ranges from 24 to 72 hours depending on the project size and complexity.

We also offer express delivery options as fast as 12-24 hours for urgent needs. Please confirm availability before placing an urgent order.

5. Revision Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If the delivered result does not match your original instructions, you are entitled to a free revision within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Revision requests that deviate from the original brief may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

– Full refunds are only provided if we fail to deliver your order as agreed and no usable output is given.

– No refunds will be issued after image delivery if the work was completed as per the original instructions.

– For custom quotes, bulk orders, or other editing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All edited images remain the property of the client.

We do not claim rights over your photos or use them for marketing unless we receive your explicit permission.

You retain full rights over your original and edited files.

8. File Security & Confidentiality

We take security seriously. Your images are transferred via encrypted FTP and SSL-certified platforms. We never share your data or images with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure top-notch service, Drop Shadow Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, system downtime, or third-party misuse.

10. Service Availability

Our services are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. However, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access to our services.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those latest changes.
